2021 Season
We are looking forward to the 2021 season and welcoming players new and old to the club!
Pre-season training for the Div 1 Senior teams has commenced and further pre-season trainings will be announced on Facebook when dates are available. We are now accepting registrations for both JUNIOR and SENIOR players, so please complete your registration and we will contact you with more information when it is available. Please note - the JUNIOR competition does not start until Term 2 (8-May) and priority will be given to sorting the SENIOR teams as they will start their competition after Easter (11-April) except PLATINUM who start (2-May) |
Please note by registering your information through one of the buttons above you are simply expressing your interest in playing hockey for the Rangiora Hockey Club in the 2021 season. You are NOT committing to joining the club at this point. With your contact details and a bit of information about you, the club will be able to keep you informed of trials and pre season training opportunities, and then later on we will ask you to confirm your wish to join the RHC for the coming season.
ABOUT US...
The Rangiora Hockey Club is one of New Zealand's oldest hockey clubs, and in recent years has become one of Canterbury's fastest growing sports clubs. From just 6 teams in 2010 the Rangiora Hockey Club has grown to boast 26 teams in the 2020 winter season, and with the recent construction of an international quality water-turf and a mini-turf in Rangiora this growth looks set to continue.

By sharing the workload around we are all able to achieve more which benefits everyone. Please email rangiorahockey@hotmail.com if you are interested in helping the committee in any way. |
UMPIRESAs a growing club we are always looking to foster the development of our umpires across all levels of hockey - and this is only going to become more important as CHA develops its city-based facilities. While we have a strong junior umpire programme, we still need more umpires to assist at our senior grades. If you think you can help out, please use the link below to find out more...
